St. Richard’s Nearly New Shop and Book Nook

The Nearly New Shop is open for its 38th season of service to the people of Merivale road area. The entrance to the shop is located at the Southeast corner of the church at the end of the Rossland Rd. parking lot. Donated Women's, Men's, and Children's clothing, and small household items are sold. Books are also sold in the Book Nook. The shop is run by Volunteer staff.

Hours of operation:

Thursday & Friday Afternoons from 1.00 pm. to 3.30 pm.
1st Saturday of each month from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon
The Nearly New Shop is not open during July and August.
Donations are accepted from September to May.

Volunteers are needed for Tuesday mornings from 8:30 - 11:00. Join a group of really nice people who have a lot of fun on Tuesday mornings. Help sort, tag, etc. and have a coffee and cookies afterward. Call Gail and Sadie Dumaresq at 613-226-1059 or just drop by any Tuesday morning. All welcome!
